- Approached off main A44 road, the cottage is set in a steep wooded hillside, located 1 mile from the turning, travelling along single track lanes
- Car Parking available opposite the cottage
- Step up into the cottage entrance
- Kitchen has work surfaces, low level oven and microwave
- Remote Control T.V.
- Bathroom has bath, w.c. and wash basin
- Service dogs welcome
- No public transport
- Kenwood Cottage has its original narrow staircase with a stairwell at the top
- Way marked forest walks at the nearby Nant Yr Arian Forest Centre
- Provisions can be purchased at the Morrisons Superstore in Llanbadarn Fawr, just off the A44, before Aberystwyth Town Centre
