WELCOME TO KENWOOD COTTAGE

Kenwood Cottage has an attractive traditional stone walled lounge with an inglenook fireplace, original beams and colour TV. A hallway with staircase separates this from the classic country kitchen fully fitted with antique pine units well equipped with matching breakfast table, microwave, refrigerator and an electric cooker. All electricity is included in the basic price. The ground floor is completed by a further room with dining table and settee which is entered from the lounge. The upstairs accommodation comprises a double bedded room, a twin bedded room and bathroom.

KITCHEN

Classic country kitchen, fully fitted in antique pine, and well equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, breakfast table, microwave and all utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.

2 BEDROOMS

Main bedroom with double bed. 2nd bedroom with twin beds and beautifully furnished with coordinated wooden furniture including miniature settle, all-hand made by local craftsman. Blankets are provided. Guests need only bring their own bed linen (sheets and pillow cases, not duvet covers) and towels.

LOCAL FACILITIES

Basic provisions can be bought within a 3 mile radius, otherwise Aberystwyth is the main shopping centre, with a wide variety of shops including a large supermarket. Local pubs offering good value and quality bar meals and well kept beers include The Druid's Inn in Goginan and the George Borrow Hotel at Ponterwyd, both on the main A44.

HOW TO BOOK

20% deposit balance as arranged. Please make cheques payable to "The Duffield Cottage Trust".

OCCUPANCY

Commences 2.00 pm on Saturday. The cottage must be vacated by 10.00 am on the Saturday of departure.
